ITS ACTIONS
With unprecedented swift action, PSI Funds took over defaulting, problematic funeral homes in Texas and sold to stellar new operator, winning praise from both authorities and the Texas Department of Banking.
In December, 2009, The Texas Department of Banking, General Counsel’s Office had these comments:
PSI Fund II, Ltd., a large U.S. lender with 20 plus years experience and significant industry know how that is dedicated to financing cemeteries and funeral homes, skillfully identified apparent wrongdoings at certain funeral homes and cemeteries and removed the previous ownership. PSI Fund II, Ltd. then worked in conjunction with the Department of Banking to ensure these funeral homes and cemeteries would continue to meet the customers’ needs and expectations while fulfilling their contractual obligations.
